The extra virgin olive oil is produced by nature and kept sane by the olives .We try only to extract the oil delicately cold from the olives , and conserve it at a steady temperature in the dark and deliver it directly to you.

Producing olive oil of first quality is a tradition of Palmieri. Every phase of the production of olive oil , before and after the production and conservation of the oil are strictly followed by the owner with experts of course.

The working methods:
The picked olives are at about 200-300 mt from the sea , in the Alto Tavoliere of Puglia and at the feet of the Gargano. The olives are hand picked and handed to the olive press . Here the slow milling with the mill stone made of marble , the accurate cold extraction and the delicate filtration with pure cotton , offers a pure extra virgin olive oil with acidity less than 0.5 with a full taste but very delicate . To discover its taste and aroma try raw on bread. Excellent with every dish.
